This gazebo made for a customer in the Southport area features a pitched cedar shingled roof, with a mix of trellis and cladding and is finished in a pressure treated timber, the roof also includes a chimney.

The customer wanted a large seating area to enjoy outdoor entertaining with family & friends and wanted to incorporate a Fire Pit.

Garden gazebos are perfect for providing shade and shelter for the user and can be designed to suit your garden and lifestyle.

Window seats are the most loved places of the house by every member of the family. Window seats are the perfect way to decorate a useless corner or recess and under the sitting you can store things or design a little bookshelf. These cozy places can be adapted with different shapes and styles depending on the house architecture.

I was asked to design this window seat for a customer in Southport for their beautiful formal lounge. When the seat was completed, it doubled the storage space and seating capacity of the lounge. My client was delighted with this bespoke window seat and the overall result.

Decking is very versatile not just for creating spaces within your garden but also can be used to create paths or walkways, or simply adding dimension to your garden by way of raised decks.

The good news is that these biblical rains have meant that I keep getting contacted to help the good people of Southport stay dry whilst locking and unlocking their doors.

Below are some examples a porch and a canopy that I have recently installed in the Southport area.

Some friends wanted a bespoke desk and shelves building into an alcove in their open plan lounge.

The narrow desk worked perfectly, will last for many, many years and was very cost effective.

The handmade bookcases can be used to hide plasma screens, media equipment including digital TV, CD, DVD and MP3 equipment and can be used to provide a work and storage area for PCs and laptops, printers and filing – and of course for storing BOOKS!

The wood that we chose was red wood due to its quality, durability and value.

The project took 1 day and cost was around £300. Prices vary according to size of gate, wood chosen and design required. This quality bespoke gate will last for many years to come.

Radiators are often a blemish to a rooms aesthetics but they don’t have to be. I can create bespoke radiator covers to turn an unsightly iron eye sore into a beautiful and practical piece of furniture.

The example below allows items to be stored on the shelf above the radiator, the raditator to be easily accessed via the front hinged opening and the heat from the radiator to still be efficiently displaced.

The grills can be made from any metal or even from wood.

The actual housing was made from MDF (this means it can be easily painted).

The approximate cost was £300. The price is dictated by the size of the cover and material used. For this particular cover the metal was fairly expensive.

The project took 3 days and cost was approximately £700. Prices vary according to size of gate, wood chosen and design required.

Due to these gates being very large and fairly heavy a wheel was attached to the rear to make opening and closing easy as well as to lessen the load on the hinges. This quality bespoke set of gates will last for many years to come.

I made the customer a new treated red wood door and frame, that fit the whole perfectly. I was able to make and fit this door in a day.
